Shipment Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the order being processed and payment being complete.
Shipping Rate and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Regions
Currently, shipping is restricted to the Continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Shipment confirmation and a tracking number will be sent after the order is processed and paid for.
Damages
Tiny Army Terrain is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.
Return Policy
Returns
Return policy lasts for 14 calendar days after receiving product. Requests for returns after 14 days will not be addressed.
Refunds
To return a product you must document the deficiencies of the product. If your return is approved you will be refunded in-store credit. Return shipping is the customer's expense.
STL Files
Digital STL Files are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Canceling Orders
If you want to cancel your order for physical terrain, inform Tiny Army Terrain as soon as possible. The order can not be canceled if it has already shipped. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus transaction processing fees.
